Our aim is to have the honor of serving you as a guest of Al-Rahman to the two Holy Mosques, and assisting each and every mutamir (pilgrim) to have a comfortable, trouble free and safe journey with sincere intention and hope of pleasing and gaining reward from Allah (SWT).
Most journeys are trouble free however, a small by the will of Allah (SWT) are not. As all Umrah companies are forced to work with Saudi agents, we are all to a certain extent in their hands and would urge everyone to be patient when they are out there. We are confident that with the help of Allah (SWT) we can over come these situations as we have a strong base in Saudi having lived there for several years alongside our knowledge of the internal system.
